The Simpsons Drinking Game

Introduction

Although this game may seem rather complicated, don't worry, it's well worth it. Try printing out this page so that you can keep an eye on the rules. You'll also need some episodes of The Simpsons, as well as copious amounts of beer. Feel free to change the rules to suit your "drinking habits".

How to Play

During the show, every player drinks a certain number of times every time the following conditions are met:

The Opening

Drink once every time you see one of the following things:

The Blackboard
Maggie is scanned across the register
Lisa plays her sax
The panoramic shot of Springfield
Mr. Burns checks his watch
Marge runs the stop sign
Homer screams in the driveway
The Couch gag

Homer

Says "D'oh!" --2 sips if it's not Homer
Drools
Eats doughnuts
Says "Mmmmmm...
Strangles Bart - 2 sips

Marge

Hair casts a giant shadow
Kisses Homer
Growls at Homer

Bart

Makes crank phone call
Rides his skateboard

Lisa

Plays the sax
Mentions humanity
Participates in a feminist cause

Grandpa Simpson

Falls asleep
Complains

Maggie

Falls down
Says something in a flash forward - 3 sips

Other Actions

Anyone on screen is seen drinking an alcoholic beverage
Barney belches
For every credit Troy McClure lists
Smithers uses a homosexual innuendo (2 sips)
Patty and Selma light up/or are seen smoking (once per scene)
Any Biblical references/stab at religion
Drug reference/Any character "trips" out (2 sips)
Nelson laughs
Cross dressing - anyone (3 sips)
Itchy & Scratchy cartoon begins (you'll want a buzz, won't you?)
Moe pulls a weapon

Supporting Characters

Every supporting character class is divided by the number of players, with each player choosing an equal number of supporting characters or picking them out of a hat. Players must drink whenever one of their characters appears on screen for the first time, even if they do not speak.
