Snakes and Ladders

Also known as Chutes and Ladders.

Introduction

The game is played using the board game Snakes (Chutes) and Ladders. Like the real snakes and ladders the object is to get to the top.

How to Play

The rules are very simple and are as follows:

Whenever you go DOWN a snake, count the number of squares OVER and DOWN that you are propelled, and drink that many yourself (e.g. 1 over and 5 down equals 6 drinks).

Whenever you go UP a ladder, count the number of squares OVER and UP that you go, and distribute that many drinks among your opponents. (eg. 3 over and 2 up equals 5 drinks; for example, 3 to person A, 1 to B, 1 to C).

When someone wins, the losers have to drink as many squares as they are behind.
